Do I need cryptocurrency experience to use Tribe360i?

Not at all! While Tribe360i supports cryptocurrency, it’s designed for everyone. You can use traditional currencies, send money like any banking app, and gradually explore crypto features as you become comfortable.

What's the difference between Free and Platinum accounts?

Free accounts provide basic wallet and communication features. Platinum accounts (from $49.99) unlock Tribe Coin rewards, reduced fees, advanced lending features, and priority support.

What happens if I lose my phone or forget my password?

You can recover your account using your verified email and security questions. For your self-custody Vault wallet, you’ll need your backup recovery phrase, which is why we emphasize securely storing it during setup.

Can Tribe360i see my messages or transaction details?

No. Your communications are end-to-end encrypted, and transaction details are secured on the blockchain. We can’t access your private messages, and your financial data is protected by the same privacy standards as major cryptocurrency platforms.

How do I manage my account?

Borrowers create loan requests with their preferred terms and collateral (if any). Verified lenders review these requests and choose which loans to fund. The platform handles all payments, agreements, and collateral management automatically.

What can I use as collateral for a loan?

You can use cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.), stablecoins, other pre-approved assets, or apply for unsecured loans based on your platform reputation. Different collateral types have different maximum loan amounts.

How do I earn Tribe Coins and what are they worth?

Platinum members earn one Tribe Coin for each transaction (payments, transfers, exchanges, invites etc.). Coin value fluctuates based on platform activity, with 20% of all transaction fees contributing to the coin’s value. You can exchange coins for USDT anytime.
